Regarding the Company.
1. Accounting records must precisely reflect the true nature of commercial operations. All operations and payments effected or collected must be duly registered
2. The Company shall not effect payments to third parties in order to sell its services and/or make any other type of business, unless they are true agents and the customer is duly informed of said operations.
3. The Company shall neither effect payments nor make gifts (bribes) to third parties, be they individuals, private or state companies, or any state agency, in order to obtain any good, service, authorization, permit or action in its benefit.
4.The Company will strictly comply with all legislation in force, special emphasis being placed in the full payment of taxes and social charges in due time.
5. The Company shall not make any contributions to political campaigns or parties.
6. The Company will keep all customer's information strictly confidential.
7. The Company is against any form of racial, religious or sex discrimination.

Regarding our personnel.
1. Employees will act along the guidelines set in the Company's code of ethics.
2. Employees shall not accept any gifts or presents from the Company's suppliers or customers, except for invitations to lunches or dinners, commercial gifts and Christmas gifts which shall not exceed u$s 100.-
3. Employees shall not make use of any information obtained within the Company to their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties. Neither will they use the Company's equipment nor its computer programs for other purposes than the Company's. The use of pirate copies is strictly prohibited. Employees shall not allow third parties to have access to the Company's software and/or instruction manuals. Neither shall they obtain them from other companies, without due authorization.
4. Employees are not allowed to work simultaneously in any other activity directly or indirectly related to the Company' business, or which may affect their normal performance, unless expressly authorized.
5. Relationship among employees will be kept strictly professional, regardless of personal or family ties.
6. Employees shall inform the Company of any non-professional relationship with other company employees, suppliers, customers or competitors, be it family, personal or other relationships.

Our company, in its role of leader in port services, strictly adheres to a code of ethics which regulates the relationship among employees of the company and also with our customers, suppliers, competitors and the community in general.
